DPR Construction has opened a new office in Greenville featuring a modern workplace designed around choice and flexibility to support its growing South Carolina team.
Located in Greenville’s historic Borden Ice Cream Factory, the adaptive reuse project celebrates the building’s industrial legacy while transforming it into a modern workplace. The design brings together the character of the former manufacturing facility with contemporary workplace features that support innovation and connection.
“This office was designed to support the way our team works every day,” said Zach Pannier, business unit leader for DPR Construction in Greenville. “It gives our people an environment that is comfortable, functional, and reflective of the care they bring to their work. It also provides space for our team to continue building strong relationships with customers and partners across the region.”
The approximately 4,300-square-foot office includes open work areas, meeting rooms, informal collaboration spaces, a central break room, and social hub, as well as a dedicated wellness and mother’s room. Integrated audiovisual technology and acoustic treatments are incorporated throughout the space, helping create a comfortable and functional open workplace.
“This investment in our new Upstate office reflects DPR’s long-term commitment to build great things in the Greenville market,” added Pannier. “We are proud to support outstanding costumers and projects across the health care, advanced manufacturing, higher education, and advanced technology sectors.
