Countybank has announced that Scott Presley, Director of Residential Construction Lending, was recently named the recipient of the “Frank Clark Associate Member of the Year” award by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina (HBASC).
Presley joined Countybank in 2019 as a lender in the bank’s Residential Construction Department. Presley is dedicated to helping clients maximize their relationship with Countybank by providing exceptional service and coordinating with other departments to support their broader financial goals.
During his tenure at Countybank, Presley has been recognized for his outstanding performance and dedication, earning the bank’s President’s Award three times. Presley was also named the Home Builders Association of South Carolina’s Associate Member of the Year in 2025. This award honors professionals in the homebuilding industry who demonstrate integrity, leadership, and service to their communities.
“I’m excited for Scott to receive the HBASC Frank Clark Associate Member of the Year Award,” said David Tompkins, senior vice president and Commercial Banking Manager. “Scott has supported the HBA for many years, and his work truly exemplifies our mission to serve our communities. Congratulations, Scott!”
