Nick Nicholson has served as the managing director of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A. since 2013. He practices in the areas of procurement and government contracts, local government law and construction law. His clients include municipal and county governments, state agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, business owners, and contractors. In 2019, Nicholson received the “Compleat Lawyer” award from the University of South Carolina School of Law Alumni Council. This award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the legal profession and exemplify the highest standards of professional competence, ethics and integrity. Nicholson has previously served on the boards of the S.C. Chamber of Commerce, Public Charter School Alliance of South Carolina, and Meyer Center for Special Children. He is a graduate of Leadership South Carolina and Leadership Greenville.
