J. Richards “Rick” Todd

J. Richards “Rick” Todd has spent the past 46 years with the South Carolina Trucking Association. He began his career as assistant general manager and was named CEO in 1988. In this role, Todd has lobbied for the trucking industry, leading initiatives that brought reform to the industry and improved tax conditions. He also helped spearhead the creation of the State Transport Police and Motor Carrier Services. Todd is also a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
