Hughes Investments, Inc. has announced that Mountain High Outfitters is coming to BridgeWay Station.
Mountain High Outfitters will occupy 6,197 of ground floor retail space at 1102 Via Corso Avenue, situated across from BridgeWay’s ‘Train Station’ open air pavilion and in between Mercato and Rôtie by Stella’s. The addition further strengthens BridgeWay Station’s commitment to curating a dynamic mix of experiential retail, dining, and community-centered destinations.
Founded on a passion for adventure, exploration, and life outdoors, Mountain High Outfitters is known for inspiring guests to get active, outdoors and live their passion by helping guests prepare for their first adventure, everyday life, or their next expedition. The new location at BridgeWay Station will feature a thoughtfully curated selection of over 160 trusted brands, offering a wide array of apparel and gear for men, women, and children. From footwear and outerwear to accessories and specialized equipment, the store is designed to support a wide range of outdoor lifestyles.
With many locations throughout the Southeast, this will be the 31st storefront for Mountain High Outfitters, and first in the Upstate. Each store is intentionally designed to create an inviting, approachable environment where guests can explore, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance from experienced staff.

BridgeWay Station celebrated its Grand Opening as the Upstate’s first New Town Center in April 2024. Mountain High Outfitters will open early Fall 2026, joining other retail tenants at BridgeWay Station including BridgeWay Brewing Co., Cabanas Rooftop Cantina, City Market Food Hall, Cocbowlz, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, Le Chic Nails Lounge, Lili + Koko Boutique + Bubbles, Mercato Café, Nixtamal Mexican Kitchen, Old Europe Desserts, Plum: A Lifestyle Boutique, Restaurant Rocco, Rôtie by Stella’s, Tavola Italian, The Junkyard, The Plank, and The Worx at BridgeWay Station. There are 190 residences at BridgeWay Station. Office and institutional users include Dodge Bearings and Power Transmission, GREEN Charter Upstate High School, Jackson Marketing, Motorsports & Events, Spectrum, and finally GE Vernova Park, which is currently under construction and slated to open Summer 2026.
