Grant Burns

Grant Burns serves on the board of directors of America Fujikura Ltd. (AFL) and is the company’s executive vice president and general counsel. In this capacity, Burns oversees all legal matters including corporate governance, intellectual property, litigation, internal audit, international trade, and compliance, as well as government affairs. Additionally, he is involved in the strategic, legal, and compliance activities of several other Fujikura group companies. Before joining AFL in 2012, Burns was in private practice for over 20 years. A member of the South Carolina Bar and the Virginia State Bar, Burns has been admitted to practice in numerous federal district courts, appellate courts, and the United States Supreme Court. He is chair of the board of directors of the South Carolina Manufacturers and Commerce – South Carolina's Chamber.
