Erinn Rowe has been CEO of Harvest Hope Food Bank since 2021. She joined Harvest Hope’s board of directors in 2015, and was board chair when the sitting CEO died in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Under her leadership, HHFB scaled its disaster response during that difficult time. A former banking executive, Rowe has guided the organization through extraordinary growth. Annual food distribution has increased by more than 50 percent, providing more than 25 million meals to neighbors across 20 counties. Programs like the Backpack Child Feeding initiative now serve more than 47,000 weekend meal kits per year to children who would otherwise go hungry. She has expanded Mobile Markets to reach mobility-limited and rural communities. She’s also spearheaded transformative partnerships, like the Daily Harvest Kitchen at Transitions Homeless Center, which now serves over 600 hot meals a day.
