Baker began her career at Countybank as Lead Teller at the Main Branch in Greenwood. Over the past several years, she has grown within the organization, taking on increased responsibilities and leadership roles. In 2022, she was promoted to Financial Center Team Lead at the Main Branch, and in 2024, she transitioned to the same role at the Calhoun Branch.
“Erin is an essential part of the Calhoun branch, ensuring the teller line operates smoothly and effectively, while also building meaningful relationships with our clients,” said Patrice Freeman, Retail Banking Manager.
As Financial Center Team Lead, Baker is responsible for managing a customer relationship portfolio, processing consumer loans, and leading branch associates to deliver excellent service.
A Greenwood native, Baker graduated from Emerald High School in 2004. She pursued studies at Lander University and Piedmont Technical College before beginning her career in banking. She completed the Leadership Greenwood program in 2024 and continues to reside in Greenwood with her husband and daughter.
