This new location features 15 offices and two conference rooms, alongside two client meeting spaces, positioning Cliffs Realty at the heart of the Greenville-area community, making it even easier for members and prospective members to connect with their team. Officials with Cliffs Realty note that the new sales center arrives during an exciting time at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, with the community recently transacting the highest-priced home sale in its history alongside the arrival of its long-awaited Sports Pavilion. The Cliffs Realty sales center was renovated by Greenville-based general contractor, Trehel, who have also begun remodeling and expanding the community’s existing wellness center nearby. The Cliffs reported a strong start to 2025, with a 25 percent YOY increase in sales volume and a 22 percent YOY increase in closed transactions during the first half of the year. This momentum has continued and is reflected in the recent sale of 142 Cherokee Rose Trail at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, which sold for $4,275,000, the largest residential sale ever recorded in the community. JoAnn Roser of Cliffs Realty represented the buyer of the four-bedroom, three full and two half bath property sited on a 1.54-acre lot with stunning unobstructed 180-degree mountain views. The community’s new Sports Pavilion, designed by the acclaimed Atlanta firm of Summerour Architects – whose clients include Blackberry Farm, Cataloochee Ranch and Sea Island – is centered on a 7,000 square foot resort-style pool with private cabanas, locker rooms, and a splash pad with playground. The racquet sport offerings include two tennis courts, four pickleball courts, and two courts for padel (the first of their kind at a private community in South Carolina) signaling The Cliffs’ commitment to evolving with its members’ interests. “As The Cliffs at Mountain Park continues through a phase of considerable growth, the new Cliffs Realty sales center will provide a vital link to our ability to offer existing owners and Members, as well as prospective buyers, a comprehensive and seamless experience,” said Richard Seay, director of sales, The Cliffs. The Mountain Region — home to The Cliffs at Mountain Park, The Cliffs at Glassy and The Cliffs Valley — is one of spectacular natural beauty, with soaring mountain peaks, towering waterfalls, and leafy country roads that lead to a charming collection of neighboring towns: Hendersonville, Flat Rock, and Greenville. With the three communities just minutes apart, they conveniently multiply sporting, dining, and socializing options for members, while also laying at the geographic heart of all seven clubs. The community’s Gary Player links course is set along the banks of the North Saluda River, featuring native grasses and landscaping with a backdrop of stunning mountain ridgelines. This course was named one of GOLF Magazine’s Best New Modern Courses.
