The Caine Company, including Coldwell Banker Caine, KDS Caine, and Caine Hayes Insurance, has announced that Jennifer Jeffries has joined the company as vice president of marketing. In this role, Jeffries will lead marketing initiatives, brand development, and communications efforts across the organization, supporting its mission to deliver exceptional service and real estate solutions throughout the Upstate and beyond.

Jeffries brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth for companies in the construction, real estate, architecture and marketing sectors. Most recently, she led sales, marketing, and business development for custom home builder Meritus Signature Homes, where she oversaw marketing strategies and generated more than $35 million in new builds since 2018.

Her diverse background includes senior leadership positions with organizations such as Traveling Storytellers, Dillard-Jones Builders, Donald A. Gardner Architects, and Allora, LLC. Throughout her career, she has developed high-impact marketing programs, managed multi-channel campaigns, executed high-profile events, and built strong relationships with industry partners, developers, and clients across the Southeast.

“Jennifer’s deep industry knowledge, creativity, and results-driven approach make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team,” said Stephen Edgerton, CEO of The Caine Company. “Her expertise will help us continue to elevate the Caine brand, support our agents, and deliver meaningful connections with our clients and communities.”

Jeffries is active in industry and community organizations, including Professional Women in Building with Home Builders Association of Greenville.
