Bon Secours St. Francis Health System announced plans for a new medical campus in the Powdersville area, aimed at expanding access to high-quality care for residents of northeastern Anderson County and surrounding communities.
The Bon Secours Powdersville Medical Center, located at 104 Roe Road in Greenville, officially broke ground on Nov. 21.
“Powdersville is one of the fastest-growing areas in our region, and we’re excited to meet the health care needs of this vibrant community,” said Matt Caldwell, president of Bon Secours St. Francis Health System. “This new campus reflects our commitment to providing convenient, comprehensive care close to home.”
The new site will feature a 40,000-square-foot medical office building housing a wide range of primary and specialty care services, including:
Bon Secours Palmetto Greenville Urology – Powdersville
Bon Secours Gastroenterology – Powdersville
Bon Secours Carolina Surgical – Powdersville
Bon Secours Carolina ENT - Powdersville
Bon Secours Piedmont Orthopaedics – Powdersville
Bon Secours OB-GYN – Powdersville
Bon Secours Upstate Cardiology – Powdersville
Bon Secours Hematology and Oncology – Powdersville (to include infusion services)
Bon Secours Primary Care – Powdersville.
Radiology and lab services will also be available at this location. In addition to the medical office building, the campus will include a freestanding emergency department (ED).
Modeled after the facility Bon Secours will soon open in Five Forks, this 12,500-square-foot ED will feature nine exam rooms, including one dedicated to trauma care, as well as CT and X-ray imaging.
It will provide 24/7 access to board-certified emergency medicine professionals and state-of-the-art technology for a wide range of urgent medical needs.
The Bon Secours Powdersville Medical Campus is expected to open in early 2027.
