357 Brewers will officially break ground on Sept. 15 on an approximately $10 million dining, entertainment, and hospitality destination coming to a three-acre site at Grande Dunes Marina in Myrtle Beach.
357 Brewers is being designed as a place to spend the day and stay into the night, bringing together an on-site brewery, full-service bars, great food, live entertainment, and expansive outdoor gathering spaces in one waterfront setting.
Set across approximately three acres at Grande Dunes Marina, 357 Brewers is being developed as a large-scale dining, entertainment and hospitality destination. At the heart of the property will be a 10,000-square-foot brewery and hospitality venue, featuring a seven-barrel brewhouse and three-barrel pilot system.
Located alongside 357 Raw Coastal Bar, 357 Brewers will build upon the energy of the 357 brand while introducing an entirely new experience to the area.
The approximately $10 million investment is expected to create approximately 100 full-time jobs, with an opening targeted for summer 2027.
