How do you define leadership?

Leadership is the ability to create clarity, inspire trust, and move people toward a shared goal — especially in uncertain moments. It’s less about authority and more about accountability: setting the tone, making tough decisions, and owning the outcome. Strong leaders empower others, communicate with intention, and build environments where people can perform at their best. At its core, leadership is service — lifting others while driving meaningful results.

What makes you an effective leader? (Your greatest strength). What are you still working on?

I lead with clarity and accountability. I’m able to quickly assess complex situations, make decisions, and move teams forward with confidence. My background in operations has taught me how to build structure, solve problems, and deliver results under pressure. I also prioritize trust — empowering my team, communicating openly, and creating an environment where people feel ownership in the outcome.

What I’m still working on: I’m continuing to refine how I balance speed with space — making sure I’m not just driving outcomes, but also developing others along the way. That means being more intentional about delegation, stepping back to let my team lead, and creating time for strategic thinking instead of always operating in execution mode.
