Shaylyn Ganopulos co-founded Total Industrial, a business development firm serving industrial manufacturing and construction-focused companies. She helped grow the team to 15 and now oversees operations, ensuring the company generates strong opportunities and builds meaningful relationships for Total Industrial's partners. She also leads new partnership development and serves as an account executive, acting as the primary point of contact for partners while supporting their business development efforts.
My dad has been the most impactful mentor in my career. We built Total Industrial’s full business development program together, and I’ve had a front-row seat to his work ethic, drive, and commitment to success. He leads by example in everything he does, and I’m constantly learning from his approach to business, relationships, and growth.
My greatest professional accomplishment is building Total Industrial from the ground up. From the early stages to where we are today, I’ve helped shape the company’s vision, structure, and growth. A key part of that success has been building a strong internal team that drives our performance and culture. Seeing the team develop and contribute to meaningful results for our partners has been especially rewarding.
